This policy explains what information UniExam Dose ("we") collects when you use our study notes, project report and dissertation services at www.uniexamdose.com, why we collect it, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

• Details you type in: your name, WhatsApp number, college, university, the paper or topic you choose, and your language medium.
• Order details: what you bought, the amount, and order/payment reference numbers from Razorpay.
• Technical data: your IP address, used only to limit abuse (for example, the limit of 2 free samples per WhatsApp number per day) and to protect the site from bots, and which browser and device you used, so we can fix a problem you run into.

We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.

2. Why we use it

• To create your free sample and deliver the notes, project report or dissertation you order.
• To help you if something goes wrong with an order (for example, sending a new download link on WhatsApp).
• To keep the free sample fair and to stop abuse of the service.
• To send you updates about exams, results, notes and offers on WhatsApp — only because you agreed to this. You can stop at any time.

3. Who processes your data for us

• Cloudflare — hosts our order system, stores your details and your finished documents, and runs the bot check on our forms.
• Google (Blogger) — hosts the pages of this website.
• Razorpay — processes payments.
• Google (Gemini) — your topic, name, college, university and medium are sent to Google's Gemini service, which writes your sample, project report or dissertation.
• Telegram — our own team receives an alert with your order details so we can help you quickly. Only our team can see it.

We never sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

Your order link and the finished document stay available for 7 days. We keep your order and contact details for up to 2 years after your last request, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep payment records longer.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent for WhatsApp updates, by emailing reactorgano@gmail.com with your name and WhatsApp number. We will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect orders you have already received.

6. Children

Our service is meant for college and university students. If you are under 18, please use it only with your parent's or guardian's permission.

7. Contact / grievances

For any privacy question or complaint, email reactorgano@gmail.com or call +91 77408 92131. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
